Welcome to Models, Inc. Talent Agency in San Francisco & Walnut Creek/East Bay

We're Presently Looking for Talent

Are you right or is someone you know right for us? We’re presently seeking new talent of all ages and ethnicities — and this could be just the beginning!

Browse our various modeling divisions below to see if Models, Inc. Talent Agency is where you should be.

All talent should reside within Northern California. We are not able to represent talent outside of this region.

Baby Modeling Division

We are looking for “awww”-inspiring babies of all ethnicities with even temperaments and great personalities. The ideal candidate for baby modeling isn’t afraid of strangers and has a parent or guardian with a flexible schedule. Must be available Monday–Friday during the day.

Child Modeling Division

Our kids are taking show business by storm! Across all mediums — from thousands of print ads to countless TV spots, movie appearances and Broadway specials — our kids are being featured left and right thanks to our active representation and keen eye for a good match. To make your child a part of our elite Models, Inc. team, he or she should be driven, disciplined and passionate about making it in the industry — and you’ll have to be dedicated to helping them achieve that dream. Auditions and bookings can sometimes be last-minute, so a flexible schedule is always preferred. To be considered, children must reside within two hours of San Francisco.

Teen Modeling Division

Our teens have appeared in hundreds of print ads, commercials and motion pictures. We are always in need of outgoing, driven and determined teens. Must be available for auditions and bookings Monday — Friday during the day and have an available guardian to attend with them.

Adult Modeling & Adult Talent Division

From major motion pictures and indie films to national commercials, voiceovers and countless print ads, the talent comprised of our adult modeling and talent division is unrivaled in the greater San Francisco region for experience and professionalism.

To join this exclusive group, you must be over 18 years of age and committed to success. While we prefer professionals with formal training and experience, we will consider any new talent who displays a unique look, a self-driven attitude and a passion for the industry. Only those living within two hours of San Francisco will be considered.

Hand Modeling Division

Our hand modeling division is always in need of attractive hands of all ages, sizes and ethnicities. Steady hands and natural nails are required, and we ask that you are capable of holding a position for a certain length of time. The ability to follow directions well is highly preferred.

Fit Models Division

Work directly with fashion industry leaders, icons and trend-setters as a part of our fit modeling division! As a little-known niche in the business, fit models don’t specialize in fashion shows or photo shoots. Instead, they work directly with designers, merchandisers and buyers, up close and personal with the art of fashion itself. Fit models are utilized all around the Bay Area to try on sample clothing in order to determine fit and style before a design is sent to mass production. Our fit models benefit from consistent (and highly lucrative) work as long as they maintain a very flexible schedule and precise measurements. Care to join us?

NEW: Entertainment & Special Talent Division

If you have the ability to stand out in a crowded room and love the spotlight, our Entertainment & Special Talent Division is for you. In this division, our current talent includes:

Birthday party characters & princesses, clowns, face painters, magicians, fire dancers, hula dancers, and more!

All we ask is that you put a smile on the face of our clients!

Promotional Talent Division (For Tradeshows & Conventions)

If you’re enthusiastic, people-loving and have what it takes to present and/or host/hostess at tradeshows, conventions or other places of business throughout the Bay Area, our promotional talent division wants you. Poise, a friendly demeanor and the ability to represent a diverse range of client products and services is a must. The professionals in this division come from a wide variety of backgrounds, including promotion, public relations, voiceover, improvisation, acting, modeling and more. We will consider individuals with a corporate look as well as an approachable appearance, and all talent should be able to think quickly on their feet and improvise as necessary. Only those living within two hours of San Francisco will be considered.

Real Family Modeling Division

Think your family represents an American look? Our elite real family modeling division is for you! We welcome families of all cultural backgrounds to represent today’s All-American home. Our real family modeling division has become popular amongst clients who seek to fill their commercials, webisodes, film and print campaigns with real families of all ethnic backgrounds and lifestyles. While we will consider your immediate family, we prefer multi-generational families with three generations. All members of your family should possess a great attitude, a flexible schedule and live within two hours of San Francisco.

Regardless of which division you’re submitting for, all submissions to Models Inc. Talent Agency will be determined by photos, résumé and measurements. Be sure to include height, weight, chest, waist, hip and inseam measurements with your submissions. This applies to all ages (including babies).

Directions on How to Measure

Child and adult measurements should be taken when wearing undergarments or thin pajamas only. Babies should wear diapers (not cloth diapers) and be standing up when measured. Adult women should wear a support bra while measuring the bust area. Please use soft measuring tape, which can be found at any fabric store.

Height: Stand against a wall or flat surface. Mark the wall just above the head. Walk away from the wall and measure from the floor to the mark.

Chest: Measure across nipples. Relax, exhale and look straight ahead with arms at your side.

Waist: Measure around the smallest part of the waist. Bend sideways, measure the waist right where the skin creases on the side of the torso.

Low Hips: Measure around the widest part of the bottom.

Inseam: Measure from the inner leg of the crotch (where the leg meets the torso) down to the ankle bone. DO NOT measure to the floor.
